Earliest memory of being in a library?
My earliest memory of being in a library was starting Pre-K at my elementary school in Sorento, Illinois. I had one of the best librarians, Mrs. Gerl, who would set up her felt board and read stories to my class in such an exuberant and illustrative way that was so entertaining and funny.

What is your favorite aspect of working at the library?
I love getting to help the kids and teens find books regarding their interests, and I love getting to decorate the library for our fun children and teen events!

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work I like to make art, listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks, rock climb, bike, and or hike.

Why should people visit the library?
People should visit the library because it is a community educational resource that has something for everyone!
